Get deposits, withdrawals, and transfers for a subaccount, newest first. `token_id` is always the canonical token id. A movement of perpetual margin (a margin deposit or withdrawal, or a margin transfer between subaccounts) has `venue` set to `perps_margin` and is a row of its own, with its own `sequence`; movements of the token balance have no `venue`.
